Collection Method
(1) Self-Collection
Self-collection is available only at the following venue:
- Paya Lebar MRT
- Tai Seng MRT
- Potong Pasir MRT
(2) Normal Mail / Registered Mail by Singpost
The postage charges will be advised depending on the weight of your order. Please note that Singpost will only accept mail delivery for items below 2kg. SgJoyLovePeace will not be responsible for any lost or damaged mail. To prevent lost mail, buyers are encouraged to opt for registered mail at $2.24 on top of normal postage fee.
(3) Home Delivery
Home delivery service is available at a flat rate of $6.
(4) Free Delivery
Free Delivery will be provided for purchases above $150
Payment
(1) Once your order is confirmed, please make your payment to SgJoyLovePeace POSB Savings Account 052-20056-3.
(2) Payment should be made within 1 day upon our confirmation of order. Items not paid within the stipulated time may be released to other interested buyers due to limited stocks.
(3) Items sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Once payment is made, please inform us of your payment with the following:
Name, Mailing address, Contact no. & Transaction ID to: joylovepeace_sg@yahoo.com.
No cancellation of order is allowed after payment.
Ready Stock = I will send your order out within 2 working days upon receiving your payment.
For Singpost normal mail, you will receive in about 1 weeks time
For Singpost registered mail, you will receive in about 2-3 working days
For home courier, you will receive in about 1-2 days
Limited Stock = not many stocks left! Better hurry before it runs out to avoid disappointment!
Pre-order = my stocks will arrive in about 2 weeks or less. So you will receive your order in about 2 weeks or less.
RANDOM DESIGNS WILL BE SENT UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED.
