My son has been with Growing Up Gifted for about a year and he is enjoying himself at class. With the encouragement of the dedicate teachers, I notice his change from being a shy little boy to being more vocal and participative.
Growing Up Gifted has come up with interesting learning activities that relate well to our daily lives and make learning fun for the children. Going to lesson for Ashton is fun as they learn through play.
The dynamic team of educators put in efforts to come up with creative ideas to make learning enjoyable. In GUG, you can basically says the learning is fun and stress-free. On top of that, the teachers are great. They are really very personalised. They recognise that all children are special in their own ways and note the different detail characteristics in them.
Ashton is very lucky to have met very good teachers in GUG. A heart-felt thanks to Teacher Yani and Teacher Davi for loving Ashton for the way he is.
Do visit my page again as I will be interviewing teacher Yani to provide more insights on preschool education. ![]()

Some of my friends have started queuing up for N1 classes for popular places like st james… and their babies are just a few months old! I wonder if I should follow suit as I am really worried that my baby will not have a place in anywhere by the time she is ready for classes…

I don’t really queue for school in advance. Before I start a new school, I will let Ashton go for a trial class and assess before enrolling. maybe you can try that too. For their age at toddler stage, my priority is to let them have a fun learning environment. The reason I like GUG is they learn through play and Ashton enjoy it there. I think assessing how well they could cope is also as important too. I do have a friend who enrolled her baby into quite an established childcare and the fees are not cheap but in the end, they did not really delivered what was promised so my friend withdraw from the school in the end.

Hi Elaine,
is me….
Can i check with you, what do you think of julie gabriel? How come you din try julie gabriel? I am comparing GUG and julie gabriel, I did a trial with GUG at suntect but dont really like cos of the teacher there they seem to cant conduct the class well, all the children dont pay attention they will start to walk around aft some time which is different with julie gabriel. The teacher there they are able to catch thei attention and all the children there enjoy it very much.
Cheers

Hi Eileen, I guess alot depends on the teacher, I guess. I have got quite good experiences there for both my son and daughter. However, I do have friends who prefer Julia Gabriel. I think most importantly, choose a school that both you and your daughter will like.
