General Terms and Conditions:

• Prizes must be taken as provided and are not transferable or exchangeable for other products or cash.
• Prizes do not come with any product warranty.
• Contests and giveaways are ONLY open to readers residing in Singapore (unless stated otherwise).
• The management and sponsors reserve the right to substitute the prizes with products / services of a similar value.
• Shortlisted winners will be first be notified via one of these methods inclusive of FB, IG Direct Message (DM) or Whatsapp or Call etc. (FB contest will be Facebook DM IG contest will be IG DM). Shortlisted winners are required to reply within 24hrs upon first contact. Otherwise, the prize will automatically be passed on to the next shortlisted winner.
• Upon confirmation of winner’s details, TNAP will send the prize redemption details. Prizes are to be collected by the collection date or within the collection period stated in the redemption messsage. Prizes will be forfeited automatically after the deadline without further reminder. The Management reserves the rights to deal with all unclaimed prizes in any manner deemed fit.
• Prize collection will be at New Age Consulting (NAC) office (unless stated otherwise).
• Winners’ details may be sent to the Merchant for prizes not collected at NAC office.
• Contest participants are to check the Contest Winners Page regularly for updates and results of the contests.
• The Management reserves the right to request proof of identity for verification purposes and/or photo of the person who is collecting the prize(s).
• The management reserves the right to add, delete and/or modify any of the contest details and terms and conditions at any time, in its sole discretion.
• Entry information may be used for future marketing or promotional purposes.
• In case of any dispute(s), the management reserves the right of final decision.
• Staff of New Age Consulting Pte Ltd are not eligible to take part in contests by The New Age Parents and New Age Pregnancy.
• By taking part in our contests, you have agreed to be included in The New Age Parents, New Age Pregnancy and the contest merchants’ mailing list.
